Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Agentic Flow website and general communications with Agentic Flow LLC ("Agentic Flow," "we," "us," or "our"). Paid workflow reviews, AI operations implementation projects, and ongoing support may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement. If there is a conflict, the later signed or accepted project document controls for that project.

Our Services

Agentic Flow provides workflow reviews, AI operations implementation, AI agent installation, implementation support, and tuning services. We may help draft, summarize, route, check, or prepare business work, but the customer remains responsible for reviewing outputs and making final business decisions.

Website Information

The website is provided for general informational purposes. It does not create a client relationship, guarantee business results, or provide legal, financial, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, having the rights and permissions needed to share business materials with us, reviewing AI-assisted outputs before use, complying with laws that apply to your business, and deciding whether a workflow is appropriate for automation.

Payments And Project Scope

Prices, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, cancellation terms, and support terms are handled in separate proposals, statements of work, invoices, or written agreements. Unless otherwise stated in a project document, estimates are not binding until accepted in writing.

Third-Party Tools

Projects may involve third-party tools, APIs, AI services, hosting providers, email platforms, CRMs, accounting tools, or other software. Those third parties are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

No Guaranteed Results

We work to build useful systems and practical workflows, but we do not guarantee revenue increases, cost savings, customer responses, error-free AI output, uninterrupted operation, or any specific business result.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentic Flow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid to Agentic Flow for the service giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
